Crown Staffing is currently seeking reliable and customer-focused Servers to join our team. This is a great opportunity for individuals with food service experience looking for flexible work.
Location: Maryland Heights
Shift: 4:00 PM – 10:00 PM
Pay: $18.00/hr

Position Summary:
The Server is responsible for providing excellent customer service, taking and delivering orders, and ensuring a positive dining experience for guests.

Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding customer service to guests
- Take food and beverage orders accurately
- Deliver food and drinks in a timely manner
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas
- Follow all food safety guidelines and procedures
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a server or in a food service role preferred
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of food safety practices (certification required or ability to obtain)
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift, bend, push, and pull as needed
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
Additional Requirements:
- Must be willing to wear required uniform and/or PPE
