Job Description
We’re seeking a highly organized, take-charge Administrative / Office Manager who thrives in a fast-paced environment. This role requires strong multitasking abilities, solid administrative skills, and a customer-service mindset. The ideal candidate will manage daily office operations, interact professionally with vendors, coordinate schedules, and support general administrative functions. Experience with accounts payable is a plus, but not required.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day office operations
Handle general administrative tasks and office support
Provide excellent internal and external customer service
Communicate and coordinate with vendors
Manage scheduling, including tax-related timelines
Assist with accounts payable (preferred, not required)
Qualifications:
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Proactive, self-directed, and detail-oriented
Solid administrative/office skills
Professional communication abilities
Accounts payable experience a plus but not required
