Maintenance Technician – Job Details
Location: Georgetown, KY
Schedule: Rotating Schedule | 7:00 PM – 7:20 AM
Work Pattern: 4 days one week, 3 days the next
Pay: $20.20 – $35.06 per hour
Position Type: Direct Hire
Bonus: Up to $4,000 Hiring Bonus
Overtime: Possible / Mandatory

Maintenance Technician Requirements
- Ability to read and interpret schematics and blueprints
- Technical knowledge in PLCs, electrical systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, and motor controls
- Experience with computers, CNC equipment, robotics, or automation systems preferred
- Experience with welding, machining, and fabrication preferred
- Ability to safely use hand tools and power tools
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Ability to work rotating shifts, overtime, weekends, holidays, and shutdown periods
About the Maintenance Technician Role
As a Maintenance Technician, you will support production equipment and facility operations to ensure safe, efficient, and reliable performance.
Responsibilities include:
- Troubleshoot and repair hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical, and electrical equipment
- Test and repair circuits, motors, servo drives, relay logic, and machine controls
- Program, troubleshoot, and repair PLCs, CNC machines, robotics, and automated equipment
- Fabricate and machine parts to repair fixtures, equipment, and components
- Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical documentation
- Support equipment modifications and preventative maintenance programs
- Assist in training maintenance team members
- Identify and implement improvements to safety, quality, and productivity
- Maintain accurate maintenance records and complete work orders
Preferred experience includes:
- Allen Bradley PLC programming and troubleshooting
- Kawasaki robot programming and troubleshooting
- Electrical controls and automation systems
