Location: Lawrenceburg, KY
Schedule: Monday – Thursday | 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Pay: $20.00 – $21.64 per hour

Job Summary
Crown Staffing is seeking a detail-oriented Inventory Control Associate to support production and warehouse operations in Lawrenceburg, KY. This role involves operating testing devices and material handling equipment while ensuring the highest quality output and maintaining safety and environmental standards.
This position is ideal for someone who values accuracy, organization, and working in a structured manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Follow all safety guidelines, company rules, OSHA standards, and required PPE policies
- Follow environmental guidelines to reduce operational impact
- Inspect machinery, materials, and finished goods using prints, measuring devices, and quality standards
- Record inspection and inventory data accurately
- Communicate effectively with coworkers, support teams, and management
- Follow written and verbal work instructions
- Operate material handling equipment
- Move materials up to 400 lbs using carts or rollers
- Use computer systems to enter and adjust stock, log information, perform quality checks, and access safety/process documentation
- Perform additional duties as assigned
Qualifications & Requirements
Education/Experience:
- High school diploma or GED required
- 1–3 months of related experience preferred (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
Skills & Abilities:
- Ability to read and understand instructions, correspondence, and work documents
- Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, ratios, percentages)
- Ability to interpret data and basic charts/graphs
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to follow detailed written and verbal instructions
- Strong communication skills
