Die Cast Utility – 3rd Shift

Monday–Friday  11:00 PM – 7:00 AM 

Payrate:  $23+/hour
● Overtime possible and mandatory as scheduled

Location: Germantown, WI

Die Cast Utility – Requirements

● Prior manufacturing experience in a factory environment (required)
● Die casting or foundry experience (preferred)
● Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety
● Willingness to learn and follow supervisor instructions
● Ability to work cooperatively with team members
● Positive attitude with regular and punctual attendance

About the Die Cast Utility Role

As a Die Cast Utility, you will join a dynamic team at a growing manufacturing company. 

Key responsibilities include:

● Install and remove tooling in die casting machines
● Produce quality casting samples for Quality Control approval
● Assist with process adjustments to maintain and improve casting quality
● Change cores, shot rods, shot tips, and spray guns
● Perform furnace tending and metal transfers
● Handle materials and parts safely
● Serve as a relief operator as needed
● Assist with shift startup and production readiness
● Follow all safety procedures and maintain a safe work environment
● Perform additional duties as assigned to support production goals
