Crown Staffing is NOW HIRING Machine Operators in Roselle!
Join a stable and growing manufacturing company specializing in high-quality bathroom supplies. We’re looking for reliable Machine Operators ready to work, learn, and grow with a great team.
Monday–Friday | 2pm – 10:30pm| $18.50/hr
- Overtime possible and mandatory
Machine Operator Requirements
- Ability to read and follow production orders, measurements, and machine settings
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability
- Ability to lift handle large acrylic sheets
- Previous experience in manufacturing or machine operation preferred
- Basic computer and documentation skills
About the Machine Operator Role
As a Machine Operator, your responsibilities will include:
- Operating thermoforming machines to form acrylic bath and shower components
- Adjusting machine settings such as temperature, vacuum, and cycle time for each production run
- Inspecting finished parts for defects, warping, and quality tolerance issues
- Trimming, finishing, and preparing thermoformed parts for the next stage of production
- Performing routine maintenance, cleaning molds, and changing tooling as needed
- Maintaining accurate production logs and material usage records
- Working closely with team leads to meet daily output and quality goals
- Following all safety rules while keeping the work area clean and organized
