Location: Clarksville, IN
Schedule: 1st Shift | 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM (Training on 1st shift for 1 month)
Pay Rate: $16.00/hour

About the Fabrication Associate Role
Crown Staffing is seeking a motivated Fabrication Associate to join a growing fabrication department in Clarksville, IN. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work in a manufacturing environment and is eager to cross-train in multiple areas. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in fabrication, press brake operation, CNC machinery, or similar industrial roles. After training, candidates will continue working on 1st shift.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate fabrication machinery including press brake, CNC equipment, lasers, and production tools.
- Perform painting, finishing, and basic assembly work to prepare completed products.
- Follow daily work instructions and safety guidelines to ensure productivity and compliance.
- Inspect parts for defects and quality standards; report inconsistencies as needed.
- Assist in movement of raw materials and finished products throughout the facility.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace following 5S and safety procedures.
- Cross-train across multiple fabrication functions based on production needs.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of recent experience in fabrication, press operation, CNC, or related industrial work.
- Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Willingness to learn multiple roles within the department.
