Maintenance Specialist
Location: Brentwood, MO
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Pay: Up to $20/hr (based on experience)

Position Overview
We are seeking a reliable and skilled Maintenance Specialist to support daily facility operations and assist with construction, rehabilitation, and maintenance of corporate facilities. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in electrical, plumbing, and mechanical maintenance, and must be dependable, safety-conscious, and comfortable with physically demanding work.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with construction, renovation, and maintenance projects across facility buildings.
- Perform electrical, plumbing, and mechanical maintenance and repair tasks as needed.
- Operate forklifts and other material-handling equipment safely.
- Perform heavy lifting (50+ lbs) for extended periods when required.
- Ensure compliance with all safety, environmental, and facility regulations.
- Report any incidents or safety concerns promptly to management.
- Participate in Total Quality and ERP process improvement initiatives.
- Support operational efficiency and maintain a clean, organized work environment.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in building maintenance, construction, or facility repair.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks and lift 50+ lbs regularly.
- Strong attendance record and punctuality — excellent reliability is a must.
- Knowledge of safety procedures and compliance standards.
- Forklift operation experience required (certification preferred).
- Basic understanding of electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems.
- Strong problem-solving and teamwork skills.
Preferred Experience
- Previous experience in heavy maintenance or building operations.
- Familiarity with ERP systems and Total Quality processes.
