Basic general education required; technical training or certifications preferred

Minimum 3 years of experience in manufacturing maintenance, including hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, mechanical repair, or welding

Ability to set up and operate lathes, drills, presses, mills, grinders, etc.

Ability to operate Powered Industrial Vehicles (forklifts, scissors lifts, boom lifts)

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot unique mechanical/electrical issues

Ability to read and interpret schematics, job routings, and maintenance documentation

Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

Perform preventive maintenance duties per established schedule

Troubleshoot and repair machinery and tools with minimal supervision

Disassemble, repair, and reassemble manufacturing equipment

Maintain hydraulic and pneumatic systems, 6-axis robots, CNC machines, pumps, shears, fans, conveyors, welding and forming equipment

Assist in building maintenance as needed

Recommend process and equipment upgrades to improve efficiency

Perform layouts and specify parts required for manufacturing systems

Set up and operate lathes, grinders, presses, mills, drill presses, forklifts, and overhead cranes/hoists for fabrication and repair tasks

Assist other maintenance team members with moving, tearing down, and installing equipment

Perform quality inspections of repair materials and work to ensure standards are met
