Key Responsibilities:
- Assist individuals with activities of daily living including dressing, bathing, grooming, eating, and mobility
- Ensure individuals participate in planned activities and programs
- Follow each individual’s plan of care
- Document all programs, activities, and care provided accurately
- Assist with walking, transfers, and safe transport of individuals
- Transport individuals via vehicle while on duty (must have a valid Ohio driver’s license with fewer than 6 points)
- Maintain a clean and sanitary environment
- Follow all universal precautions and safety guidelines
Qualifications:
- Prior caregiving or related experience preferred but not required
- Compassionate, patient, and dependable
- Ability to follow instructions and document care accurately
- Valid Ohio driver’s license with fewer than 6 points
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, transferring, and assisting with mobility
