Position Overview:
As a Machine Mechanic, you will play a critical role in ensuring machinery runs efficiently and safely. You will work on a variety of machines, performing maintenance, repairs, and rebuilds as needed. Occasional field service travel may be required.

Key Responsibilities:
- Disassemble, clean, and mechanically rebuild machinery and machine components
- Tear down, repair, and reassemble machine units
- Troubleshoot mechanical issues to identify and implement effective solutions
- Perform routine maintenance and adjustments to keep equipment operating at peak performance
- Assist in the installation of new machinery and upgrades
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance, repairs, and parts usage
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and maintain a clean work area
- Collaborate with other team members to support smooth operations
- Occasionally travel to customer or offsite locations for field service as needed
Qualifications:
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Prior experience repairing, rebuilding, or maintaining machinery
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints
- Comfortable using hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring instruments
- Ability to lift and move heavy equipment as required
- Dependable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team
- Willingness to occasionally travel for field service work
